I have no choice. I will have 3 meals based on tickets. I can only get so much and only what they offer...its not a buffet where I can get anything and as much. Its a BIG university, and they have places to eat everywhere, but each meal has a ticket/token price.
Anyone ever been in that situation? What did you eat?

How to keep your body CUT in college?
Is it wrong to love a being who cannot see? Such belief is the highest faculty a human being can develop.

yeah i went to penn state. get a big sandwhich, cut it in half, eat some now and some later. basically what they will give u is a normal one square meal, find a way to store the rest of it for ur next meal. eat the kind of food that u can carry around; a sub on whole wheat filled with turkey and veggies is good for example.
i lift weights cuz i like being bigger and stronger than the average man. I love having people think twice before they cut infront of me or disrespect me in anyway, just like i would if i ever encountered a bigger man than me.
get in line

I posted advice on bulking in college a while back. I think it still might be helpful: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...35#post4453835
It has a calorie log for a day from me and advice on things that I ate in the cafeteria.
also check out this article: http://bodybuilding.com/fun/layne6.htm
a lot of people are going to tell you to cook things in your room and stuff like that, but it simply isn't realistic. No way you have the money or the resources to do stuff like that.
as far as stying cut goes, this is what I do:
now, let me preface this by saying that I drink a lot. also, I don't wanna make it seem like I don't gain any fat. but I was bulking for like all of second semester, and I still looked pretty good when I left for the summer.
1) watch what you eat. it's so easy to just pig out at lunch and stuff
2) walk everywhere. I go to the University of Illinois. it's big. so we have buses that take us around campus. I don't take the bus to class unless it's freezing cold or I'm ridiculously late. walk up stairs instead of taking the elevator. little things help a lot.
3) cardio, cardio, cardio. In a 7 day week, I usually try to work out 5-6 days with two of those days being cardio sessions. With all the eating and drinking you'll be doing, cardio is needed, even on a bulk.
4) in regards to drinking: I recommend you don't really worry about the calories from alcohol. you'll go insane. shots and mixed drinks are the way to go.
Make sure you watch what you mix with. If you're gonna make a mixed drink, mix with diet pop (i.e Jack and Diet Coke). Jager bombs are real good and real popular. If you're gonna make em, use sugar free red bull. And before I drink, I always make sure that I have a protein shake and take some multivitamins. And drink plenty of water on days you drink, especially if you're taking creatine.
it is possible to drink and stay cut; you just have to put the extra effort in.
oh, and I'd suggest not cutting while at school. I think it's easy to bulk and maintain, but can't imagine cutting. I'm cutting for spring break next year, but that's it.
that's all I can really think of right now. the links should help a lot. good luck with everything.
