I can't stop thinking about food.. i hate it. plus i overeat sometimes and feel like scheisse....

try consuming more fiber and some healthy fats with each meal...this will keep you feeling full between meals. Vegetables are full of fiber and are not very calorically dense...plus they're filled with useful nutrients. End result: eat your veggies.

drink large amounts of water with each meal. it fills you up immediately if you drink enough of it, and in between bites.

Man, I know exactly what you mean. I'm pretty much always thinking about what I'm going to eat next, or stuff I want to eat my next cheat day, and so on. I guess I have a greater appreciation for food because I'm a wrestler and have had to cut weight. Foods that I used to dislike appeal to me more now. I guess just try to keep busy with other things and eat more fiber so you get that full sensation. I think that drinking water kind of helps too.

Yeah I used to hate Dr. Pepper (dont' ask me why) but after 3 months of not eating drinking anything that wasn't healthy for me, like soda koolaid. I had aquired a tastes for food I thought I'd never eat without not knowingly eating them. Like Dr. Pepper, my dad's chilli, etc.

One thing that you might consider is preparing all your meals for the day at once (if you have time). That way you have set meals/snacks throughtout the day. It can help both psycologically and save you time trying to figure out what to eat.
