A lot of people reach that goal. I'm repping 1425 at the moment, and I'm at the lower end of my lifting group.
I really don't understand some of these threads.

I was being sarcastic...
Either a) you trolling, or b) looking for other guys to suck your dick over your leg press vid. Sorry, no one here cares about legpress. Now post a vid of you squatting 1000 lbs. and we'll bow down and worship you.

Wow. Thank God for genetics! I mean yeah its a legpress and some on here will argue that even little teenage girls can leg press close to 1,000lbs with ease BUT I disagree, especially if its a hack squat OR a vertical leg press, which imo are alot tougher to do then a hipsled or a seated leg press (which I can easily rep out with around 350lbs)
the press at my gym only went up to 500lbs though so never tried anything over 400lbs BUT I've seen tiny guys pressin around 300-400ishlbs on it so I guess its a pretty easy machine to use?
still, 1,000lbs is very good I don't care if its a machine or not!
I prefer vertical leg press tho, alot harder to use.
try doing 400lbs on vertical leg press for your first time and pumping out 10 reps and see how easy it is (for me atleast) very hardcore
maybe I'm a wimp, but its vertical and most the time I get dizzy after doing a heavy set and have to stand still for a minute so I don't pass out

Eh, it's alot of weight but you should have gone at least half way. those look like quarter reps imo. Still alot of weight so i'll give you credit for that.

I sure wouldn't be able to do what you're doing but you need more ROM and you seriously lock out your knees at the end.

Lol. Anyone who goes all the way knees to chest is asking for an injury. The second your hips start to roll off the seat, your back is put in a position very succeptable to injury. More people have injured themselves on the leg press than squatting.
He could probably go down a few inches more, but nowhere is he at "halfway".

Yep. Going knees to chest is a) Dangerous and b) Over-involves the hamstrings without involving the quads to any significant further extent.
