im probably the only former annorexic, but im sure there were lost of skinny guys with a fast metabolism (damn you! lol). lets see how you guys are doing! my first pic is me in my ****ty skinny state, last two were taken today.

i had started working out a little in the first picture, but it's really the only one i have that shows how skinny i was... i had to cover my dumbass expression in that one though lol
anway, +30 lbs
the secret? more cowbell.

Nice!
Wow this is really motivating to see. I was too in the exact same posistion as you all, starting at 155 pounds at 6,3. I felt like i was being blown over in heavy winds it was so bad. Six months later im 195 pounds and feeling great. I hope to put up my pictures real soon. Btw all of you guys look great, keep up the ectomorph struggle!

I currently don't have any digital pics of me before I started lifting weights and doing strength training, but I was basically the same height and 105lbs, more or less.
Now I'm about 155lbs at just under 5'6".

Yea for 19, you need a lot of improvement. How long have you been lifting? I think you will see results fast because your body has or has nearly matured.

bout 4 months. I was in a bulking stage when I was in school but now I have no idea how many cal I'm getting. I think it's under 3000. I gotta get involved with my diet again. I went from 160 to 177... so I know I can do it. gonna try to hit at least 190 by sept.

I have one pic on my pc still of when I was 6'2" 105lbs, about 2 weeks before being hospitalized at 90lbs when I was 15. I don't have a picture of me at 90 though... I couldn't barely walk, and when I went to lie down I kindof just was sucked down due to lack of strength. Same with sitting. In fact I collapsed numerous times in the hospital and my liver enzyme count was insanely high (AST 803 ALT 1029 GGT 2939) I was virtually on the brink of death and god dealt me another chance..

I remember in the hospital I could touch my index and thumb around the diameter of my upper arm...  I think I measured my waist about the time of that pic and it was only 23-24" ... man this is still hitting me hard..

Holy crap, I can't even touch my index finger and thumb around my wrist and I have some really small (6.5") wrists. That's insane.
My current thighs are each basically the size of your old waist. Daaaamn.
