    Are serious strength gains possible on this diet?

    Well I have a problem. Keto is going great, I'm losing a ton of fat and have lost almost 11 pounds of fat in the last month. However, football starts up August 15th and this is basically the stretch run for me to get my lifts as high as possible. However, at the same time I've been looking to lose as much fat as possible. Right now I am 5 foot 9, 152 pounds, 18.9% body fat. I'm an endormorph so fat comes off pretty easily for me, and I know that if I could get down to the 13-14% range in about a month. However, I do not wnat to lose this month, where I could easily be making some big strength gains. So I was wondering, is it possible to make some serious strength gains while on the Keto, like addings 5 pounds to your bench press every week or something similar?

    It's certainly possible to make strength gains on keto, particularly on ckd. However, what you can gain is up to you.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
