ok im currently cutting and using fish oil (5g/day)/multi/whey (PWO).. i'm thinkin of incorporating ALCAR, green tea extract, lecithin and sesathin (either now or in a month or so when im leaner) in order to aid my cutting as well as neural efficiency (my school workload is pretty heavy at the moment).. i was hoping some people could offer some recommendations on dosages and how to spread these supps throughout the day.. like how much to take when and with what types of meals.. any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated..
