    NO-Explode by BSN

NO-Explode by BSN has got to be the best pre-work out supplement I have ever taken. You take if 30-45 minutes prior to work out, and you just explode, no joke. This supplement really works, it even shocked me. You can feel it pulsating through your body. Has to be the best and most effective product I have ever used. Leave comments if you used it, or ask questions about it.

Yeah it works pretty good, but you left out the fact that it is also the most expensive preworkout supplement on the market!

I thought it was OK, but certainly not worth $40 for 20 days. Also,I can't stand the fact that it needs to be taken on am empty stomach 30 minutes before a workout, meaning I can't each for and hour and a half before going to the gym. I found that my workouts would suffer, and no-xplode would just bring it back to normal.

    That was halarious^^
I just got my first bottle, took it once but neglected to do it on an empty stomach- no effect.

Now I just tried it again, waiting the 30-45 min to see a result.

I got used to the pre workout empty stomach and considering I train before work it was no big deal but thats so true the empty stomach thing for lots is not worth any supplement. ALL those No type supplements are like that but a lot feel not worth it and in long run empty stomach workout is a waste.
For me the caffeine in NO Explode kill my hunger and works great.

I tried this. It didn't work, so it wasn't cheaper. I am on my third tub of NO-Xplode, I think it's great stuff. It worked great for me. I think that for those it didn't work there are other factors involved. Perhaps you are already at your max or have some sort of digestion problem with absorbing nutrients. But for those of us that needed this supplement it works.

I mix up two scoops with fifty grams of protein powder and some bcaa before I get my gym bag together. Then by the time I get to the gym and get my cardio warmup done more then thirty minutes has gone by.

I think the stuff is worth a try. If you don't get results you are out the cost of one tub. But if you do then it's worth it and you will want to buy more.

I am addicted to No Explode. Cant train without it. Tried everything else and nothing comes close. Simply, put it fires up my intensity and lets me train harder and longer. It does bloat me by about 5 lbs though, so take Xpel on off days.

I just received my bottle the other day and used it once so far. It really did work I found. Increased energy, and I was in a REALLY good mood all day which was nice. What do you all mix it with is my question. I mixed it with crystal light and cant say I enjoyed it at all- I dont like aspartame. So I need some other suggestions...other then water cause I dont think I could stomach that.

    Exclamation

First things, I dont work for BSN or anything like that, I just buy like all supplements and try them out so I can tell poeple whats good. NO-explode works well if you do it right, semi to empty stomach, it'll go good, and drink it fast...possibly in one breath. I use water, to not let anything else change its effects or alter it. Water with the lemonade flavour NO-Explode tastes fine...its not like EAS muscle drive (chocolate), which makes me want to puke after drinking it diluted in water....terrible stuff. I advise you use cell mass as the post-work out supplement aswell. Nitrix (another bsn product) was also meant to be stack with the other 2 supplements (no-explode, cell-mass). All and all, I think by stacking these 3 products you will see visable improvements and bursts in energy and performance at the gym despite its cost. Its worth it. All those products could probably be bought at around 120$ canadian... for just under a month of usage...(taking into account the extra pouches of no-explode and cell-mass that comes with a boxed bottle package of Nitrix) Another way of assure the most out of no-explode is while waiting that 30-45 minutes before your work out, try drinking a lot of water, preferably 2-3 L. (must help with obsorbtion of product) So for those who this isn't working for, try my suggestions, if you try and it still doesn't work, big deal, your out of a little coin, but it makes you smarter and know what to buy, and what not to buy. DOing things based on others opinions isn't the way to go, you need to try it for yourself and figure out whether something works for you or not. Everyone is different, some things work, some things dont. Trial and error.

Where are you guys buying this stuff?

If you are buying you supps from a brick and mortar store, of course they are going to be expensive. You're not just paying for the product- you're paying for the store's overhead as well! You should be purchasing online at Bodybuilding.com (they offer good product info, pricing, and fast shipping) or MuscleDriver.com (good pricing and flat rate shipping regardless of how much product you buy). From my experience, NO Explode is an excellent product when taken properly. You can't just take it and expect a miracle. You have to take it along with your other supplements, train hard, and diet correctly. This is the only way ANY supplement or training program will be effective. Stop spinning your tires in one place! How long has it been since Ronnie Coleman endoresed a supplement line? He has all the money that he really needs, but he still signs with BSN? Think about it.

    so many products

i have taken no-xplode, mhp trac, nutrabolics NOZ, pvl nitroxyl, the original NO2 and some other knockoff creatine/no2 mixtures and to be honest none of them are even came close to working like the combination of:

cre2bolic and diablo both made by nutrabolics.

but i did get great pumps with all of them, i just found it easier to take creatine pills.

i might try superpump 250 down the road but right now, its just too new and expensive when i have already found something that works.

as for people saying that any of the above supplements don't work...they all work, i can state this as a FACT,i'm living proof. ITS NOT THE SUPPLEMENTS ITS YOU!

    My comments.

I've used this stuff before and yeah I must say it worked for me, at the beginning that is. I felt a sudden burst of energy during my workout (most probably due to the arginine/caffeine) and I felt pumped too. Veins were popping out of my arms and man did it feel GREAT. This effect lasted for about an hour or so but diminished after I stopped my workout.

I began with only 1 scoop 30 minutes before my workout. However, in about 2 weeks, I had to up my serving size to 2 scoops before feeling anymore energy or pumps. I kept this serving size till I finished the bottle because I was kinda financially tight and didn't bear wasting that much of it. But as the days went by, the effects were less visible or should I say lasted for about at max, an hour.

Thus, I would recommend this product only if you have lotsa money, or if you just want to try something new out. It's worth a try, but only once I guess. Gonna just aim for creatine in future...

    Peace ouT.

Well, for one, your actual hard work out, should be no more then 1hr, after that your not doing your muscles any good. And this supplement was meant to be used during your work out, I dont know how long your expecting to be pumped for, but one hour was all the explosion you need. Like someone said earlier, dont go looking for miracles, cause that just aint happening. If you use this product correctly, diet properly, and train hard, it should work out good for you. I suggest while starting your work out, start at 2nd highest or highest weight you can do, (after slight warm-up) That way you can get as many sets/reps out of the highest weight as possible for maximum gains.

By the way, I used 2 1/2 to 3 scoops per serving. Worked great.

I got a few samples a while back and it was OK but not worth the money. After it wore off i felt like ****. I can get the same thing by drinking a red bull and popping two caffeine tabs.

Use cell-mass afterwards, and you wont feel as lousy, and drink your protein shake after aswell. Something with high protein value, and eat alot of food after, something with high protein (meat, etc.)

Also use your normal supplements, glutamines, protein, amin acids (if your using them), whatever floats your boat, use all your other supplements. Just use this supplement for a bulking cycle, for about a month, then go off of it, then do it again a month later or soemthing.
