Well i offically think im a spider pig! I've been training for a year since July 2006, to May 2007, basically tried to keep it clean. After high school got a grave yard shift working 10 hr days, been very seldomnly been working out, which im ashamed. Im gonna start getting back into it, so i was wondering if i should lose the fat,get a strict diet, take lipo 6 and look somewhat skinny, then bulk up or should i clean bulk first. I've clean bulked in the past but obviously didn't do it well or didn't see results quite fast. Any suggestions would be great!
Ps, i know about diet, workouts etc, the only thing i see my weak spot is finding out how many calories i eat a day average,thats cuz i eat different food, but yeah thanks for the replies!
I weigh about 186lbs, im 5 ft 10 inches tall, i would say 17-20% bf
Cut the fat, I know people will tell you to clean bulk but it is a self esteem thing. I wouldn't be able to bulk for 1+ years with a bunch of fat on me. It wouldn't be very motivating imo. Up to you though.
