Matt Shepley from Core Nutritionals sent me a jug to try out and I must say I am quite impressed http://www.physiquecompetitor.com/Core/Products.htm
Taste: 7/10 - the taste was good but not great, a tad bit bland. However, considing how little sugar and how much fiber is in each serving... it's pretty darn impressive!
Nutritional Breakdown: 10/10: I don't think I could have designed it better myself biggrin.gif No inferior protein sources, a very good blend and good carb sources
Mixibility: 8/10 - very thick but mixes well compared to other MRPs

Looks good, is the nutritional data better then VPX? I will have to look. Core does look like a good deal too bad it has WPC in it instead of Milk protein isolate and micelar protein
Yeah but the carb factors are really good! Ive been looking for a low priced mrp that i can use as a weight gainer instead of spending tons on vpx and prolab. Looks like this fits the book.
Yes man I have tried everything from BB.com etc, I can digest isolate fine but last week i tried a serving of a concentrate and like within 10min I got a stomach ach. Its weird cause like 3 years ago I always took in concentrate etc, Now I got with XF ultra peptide or orther milk protein isolate blend for during the day and isolate pre and postworkout. Damn I guy could save some money using concentrate , but isolates now too me are 10x better tasting
