waste of money?
is it safe to stack NO-xplode with MANscorch? been using the search button and havent been able to find a clear answer. and which is a more reputable company? BSN or Gaspari.... kinda stuck between NO-xplode or super pump 250.

thermogenics are counter active to NO products. I personally would try NO xplode. But it seams you should get your basics down first, before "trying" products.
Start with a good mulit vitamin, whey, and creatine. No xplode is not necessary, it gives you a good pump... but it doesnt' build muscle, its just a pump, that you will lose after your work out.- Don't look at the weight, just lift the ****!

I wouldn't take them at the same time...That would be a lot of caffeine at once.
