Yeah, they have better workouts, keep this in the Basic area. And people who visit the ADVANCED section also go to the basic part.
And I would like some people like juanca, aftershock, and sholiz's opinion on this training.

Thats probably one of the worst workouts I have ever seen for bodybuilding. Stick to the basics for optimal growth, some "magic" routine isn't going to get there. Compound exercises are key, do squats or you'll end up being one of those guys at the gym with a huge upper body but have to wear pants all the time.

First of all...the workout is kind of...worthless.
Second of all...you already posted this in the regular teen section.
Third of all...along with number 2...THIS IS NOT ADVANCED.

one body part a week workouts.
DC = 2 in 8 days.
this guy works chest out twice a week, his shoulders twice, and his arms basically everyday (due to the compound movements, along with the isolation work, and the "shadow boxing")
he not only works his legs out once a week... but all he does is MASSIVE SQUATS
where are the deadlifts? calf raises (if ur gonna isolate muscle groups, might as well do calves)
this workout sucks.

please dont post a bogus routine for beginners when it sucks. there are other popular routines out there that already work (hense why they are popular). let them stick to that.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a bs workout on the basis that most people don't have a gym at home so they'd have to drive to the gym twice daily?
