Help with cutting diet
Hey guys and gals,
I am trying to cut down for my first fitness contest.
I am currently 8 weeks out and my stats are:
Height: 5'5 (1,66 m),
Weight: 136 lbs (62 kg),
BF%: 13%.
My goal is 10% BF and bring out definiton in the muscles as well as seeing some definition in the ab area, but that area is my worst feature.
Could you please critique my diet and tell me if I'm eating too much or too little of anything.
Typical day, diet and trainingwise:
Cardio on empty stomach (45-60 minutes + abs)
Meal 1 (post-cardio): 40g oatmeal; 4 egg whites, multivitamin
Meal 2: Protein shake Myoplex Diet
Meal 3: Chicken (150g) OR Salmon (120-150g), 60g broccoli, 30g brown rice
Weight training (1hour)
Meal 4 (post-workout): 2 scoops Protein Delight whey protein and banana
Meal 5: Chicken (150g) OR Salmon (120-150g), 80g asparagus OR 60g Broccoli, Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper)
Meal 6: 100% Whey Protein
Any advice is appreciated.
