Hey everyone, i started training with weights a few months back now. I particullarly wanted better shoulders and arms (i have been training all over though). However i have a problem my deltoids at the back and sides dont seem to grow much, i do loads of training on them but now much happens, i do rest though, i understand the concept of how important rest days are but the deltoids are the only muscles that dont seem to grow.
This is how i train my shoulders:
50 mins Monday: Laterals
50 mins Tuesday: Anteriors
50 Mins Wedsnday: Fronts
Thanks, Please help me i'll be extreme grateful...

If you spent 2 and 1/2 hours training shoulders a week isnt overtraining that body part inevitable?
Also i recommend training all head of the shoulder on one day
Since you never see the tricep split up into 3 different days or 2 bicep days lol
Try shoulder presses, dumbell presses, lateral raises and rear raises.

I have the same problem. They're my one muscle that just won't seem to grow(although, my front delt has made nice gains lately). The lateral head just won't grow and has barely gotten any stronger since 5 months ago when I started lifting. My current shoulder routine is:
DB Military press- 10 x 8 x 6 x 6
Lateral Raises- 10 x 10 x 8
Front Raises- 10 x 10 x 8
Rear Delt Machine- 8 x 8 x 8

A little much on the shoulders dont you think???...lighten up on the dumbells, and really focus on the side delts....lower them slowly!and when you bring them up imagine pouring two bottles of water, turn your wrist in at the top, got it?
