No way you only weigh 140lbs...! Awesome job. Super small waist and broad shoulders, completely ripped. Repped.

True, I'm around 149 now.
I started lifting *seriously* since mid-August with my first supp stack.
In a month, I gained more than 5kg. Due to creatin, that may be still water though (would you know how to tell whether its water or not??)
Animal Pak
Animal Nitro
Animal Pump --> awesome scary pumps. Feels like i'll get stretch marks one day..
Animal Cuts --> wanted to lower a little my BF, but didn't have any noticeable effects in my opinion. Will maybe cut it off.
ON Whey
I've been faithful to the Animal line, and had tried before I discovered Animal products :
MT Hydorxycut Hardcore, replaced by Cuts
MT Ntirotech, replaced by ON Whey.

Good point ! Lots of people are surprised when they know about my weight.
But as I say in my bodyspace, my legs are really lagging.
Seems tho that lately, they began to become responsive to workout, and I have hopes to make some progress on that part.

Why do you ask if I do those ? Looks like I should, or looks like I do already ?
Actually, I stopped squats a long time ago because of
- very bad pain in the knees,
- no progress at all seen in my legs, seemed hopeless, got dismotivated
- squat is a very demanding exercice, it takes a bunch of time to breathe normally between each set, but never had the impression that I was hitting my legs specifically.
My leg routine is based on the leg press now, that gives me good work out feelings and is kinder to my knees. I'm trying to gain some little strength and mass before I resume squats.
As for deadlifts : i don't know what to think about this exercice. I can't make it very heavy because it's too stressful for my low back. But as I've been seing everybody praising about deadlifts, I added it to my routine only recently.
Numbers :
I don't have any to provide right now. In fact I'm not very consistant on that, and do not really focus about strength. That's one of my bad points and i'll try to be more regular on adding weights.
FYI, I'm not able to lift very heavy, my BP must be around 140, no more.

I'm doing only bodybuilding, and have never played any sports at all in my whole life (well except at school where I used to have very bad marks).
My diet has nothing peticular about it. I try to eat clean, focusing on beef, salmon,... and whole grain carbs.
The fact is, I was in NY during my serious 1 month and a half, but now, I'm back to Paris and seems like it will be MUCH harder to get good diversified easy-to-buy food, specially for lunch at the office. NY is such a great place for that !!
Anyway, I've always been quite lean, independently of my going or not to MacDonalds, of my eating or not tartiflettes and fondues... That's why I say that clean food + Animal Cuts didn't do that differently from usual somehow fat food + no fat-burner.
