    How to loose weight just eat this everyday....

    Listen I am tired of all these stupids diets like atkins and stuff....Do they work yes but its hard as hell to do and you cannot stay on them forever...EAT this EVERY day for as long as you want to loose weight and pounds will shed. After the 1st week this may sound nasty but you will be crapping like 2x a day.

    Breakfast

    Protein Shake = 30G Protein, 190 Calories, 3G Fat
    4 Hard Boiled Eggs with Yoke removed = 16G Protein 60 Calories, 0 Fat

    Brunch
    Skim Milk 80 Calories, 8 Protein, 1 Fat
    Non Fat Yogurt 90 Calories 12 Protein

    Lunch

    Tunafish sandwich 30G protein 300 Calories, 0 Fat
    Protein Shake = 30G Protein, 190 Calories, 3G Fat

    Middle Day Snack

    Turkey Sandwich 3 slices lunchmeat on Rye Bread 18G protein, 290 Calories, 5G Fat
    Protein Shake 30 G Protein 190 Calories, 3G Fat

    Dinner

    Chicken Breast no Skin 6oz = 210 Calories 35G protein, 5G Fat
    BBQ Baked Beans = 140 Calories 5G protein, 5G Fat
    Apple Sauce made from Splenda = 80 Calories 1G protein, 0G Fat
    Protein Shake 30G Protein, 190 Calories, 3G Fat

    NightTime Snack
    Tunafish sandwich 30G protein 300 Calories, 0 Fat
    Protein Shake = 30G Protein, 190 Calories, 3G Fat

    If I get thirsty during day I plan to drink some sort of Diet Ice Tea such as Crystal Lite...

    Total Protein Intake = 304 G
    Total Calorie Intake = 2470 Calories
    Total Fat Intake = 31G


    Eat that it works i am telling you...Anmd if you workout pounds will come off even faster, i follow this routine


    Day 1 = Bicep/Chest/Kneck ab's
    Day 2 = Intense Cardo Workout 45 minutes
    Day 3 = Leg's Day and Ab's
    Day 4 = Average Intesity Cardio Workout for 1 hour
    Day 5 = Triceps/Shoulders/Back ab's
    Day 6 = Intense Cardio Workout for 45 minutes
    Day 7 = Average Intesity Cardio Workout for 1 hour
    Work your ass off young, reap the benefits later in life...

    Talking I LIKE IT!!!!!!

    Personally, I think its a LOT simpler to do than the Atkins and Keto diets. I can eat my bread and stuff now.

    I might just try it. Then again, maybe not. Not too sure though.

    Its a good diet if it works for you. Unfortunately, higher carb diets don't work for some people who have developed insulin resistance.

    maybe, but when I diet, I do it CKD ot TKD style. It's super easy for me and works efficiently, even when I don't do cardio.

    Pick a diet that works for you; there's no one "uber diet" that is superior to diet x or diet y.

    Again, for me, CDK = easy and I'm only on it 3 weeks max and I get hte desired results. Hence, I get more time to bulk.

    No good if you are insulin resistent. Atkins has been proven for over 25 years now. Stupid (Atkins that is)? or are you just not prepared to consider alternatives?

    They are very easy to stick to and allow far more variety than your *sample* diet does, except it isn't a sample is it? It's do this and only this - that is going to be much more difficult to stick to me thinks.

    And the whole point is that actually you do sty on them forever. The true meaning of diet is regimen or routine, ie it is a way of life, of doing things. Diet is not something you go on or off.

    Exactly, ATKINS is a diet you CANNOT stay on forever, actually other people in my house are on atkins and i see how much they struggle, I mean i can cheat here and there and not have to worry as much. If you are working out the carbs are ok, there actually good because you are using them up. All the protein makes you loose mostly fat and not alot of musucle, i lost ALOT of weight like 60 pounds in 4 months and my skin is not loose at all or anything. Maybe i should become a doctor . This is just my opinion on what you should eat, opinion's are like *******'s everyone got one and most of them stink.

    What I find quite ironic, is that you claim atkins (I'm assuming you are lumping keto in there as well) and other diets are stupid and hard as hell to follow. What about eating the same thing everyday (that's what the thread title suggests), isn't that HARD AS HELL ?

    There is a huge difference and I would guess, you do not what those differences are.

    If you TRUELY wanted to loose weight and 100% dedicated to it, just eat this meal plan and weight will come off, i find it easier to have my meal PRE-PLANNED and i know it will make me loose weight. I tried atkins it was very hard for me because i HATE taste of water and i liekl to drink stuff that has lots carbs gatorade etc. This meal plan is every i enjoy to eat that is "somewhat good for your body". Hell if you want Fast food goto Burger King get a Chicken Whopper take off the bun eat the chicken fillet, its real chicken has few grams fat and low calories its good stuff. So if you really wanna loose weight, treat yourself like a sog and jsut eat same thing everyday for as long as you want to loose weight, when your done loosing it you don't gotta worry about comming outta keto and stuff liek that

    CKD (bodybuilders ketogenic diet) and Atkins are principally identical. They are both ketogenic diets and rely on ketosis to trigger fat loss. CKD is simply a subset and small variation of Atkins. The carb up day is the main difference (though the only reason Atkins doesn't suggest it is that most people who use Atkins would not burn the carbs quickly enough and ruin their ketosis.) but to say that Atkins is bad and CKD is good is kinda stupid.

    I wasn't saying that atkins is bad and CKD is good.
    Atikins is indeed for the sedentary. LOL

    For bodybuilders and anyone who seriously trains, CKD is a way better choice.

    Keto needs to be tweaked IMHO, sure the basic principles are simple, but in using keto for overall health as well as fatloss, one must look at it quite abit differently.

    Sorry, I guess I misinterpreted your comments as implying that...
    Basically, what I should have said is that when most people say Atkins, they mean a ketogenic diet, with the details left to the dieter to decide, not necessarily the exact Atkins plan for the 300lb woman.

    I have my meals pre-planned and I am on Keto. Keto doesn't mean that you don't plan your meals out.

    I can eat the Chicken Whopper while on Keto, just like you described....what's your point?

    I don't worry about coming out of Keto. I can have my 'cheat' day and get right back into Ketosis within 24 hours. Example: I snapped this past weekend....I took four days leave and didn't follow Keto (40/40/20), my breath was fine (according to my wife). Monday evening, my wife had complaints about my breath. It doesn't take long for me to go into Ketosis.

    I understand your point in saying that a well-balanced diet is what works. But I wouldn't really call Atkins and it's derived diets stupid....they make perfect sense.
