I have been on a diet for 5 months and started out with probably more than I should of been below maintenance (I was losing 3 lbs a week).
But my question is, has anybody else had thinning of the hair while on a diet, or just hair loss. I'm not very sure if its hair loss or just because I've grown it out an inch or two in the last 5 months but it looks different.
I think I'm going to get a haircut and see if it starts thickening up after I start my bulk before I start worrying about mail pattern baldness (which my brother does have).
