I don't really care much if the OP is really Andy...as long as that is really Andy's site and not some dude copying dvds and selling them it's all good

It's great to have you here, Andy; forgive us for being suspect of your authenticity. Tons of people like to impersonate famous athletes.
What is your next deadlift attempt going to be?

Nice to have you on here! Those are some sweet numbers too!
While I get the chance, since I'll probably never meet you in person, I have to ask. How hard is it to gain what you do at your level? Do you gain like 1/4 pound on your lifts every workout or what? How do you measure your increases?

Yeah, that's a good attitude to have with it. I'm sure you'll break both very soon! Good luck to you!
... I just noticed you're only 6'. That gives me hope that even the fairly normal sized guys can make it to the top!! ... not that 360 is normal, but you get my point. Thanks, lol!

Two questions that few people could answer with more credibility than you
1. What exercises helped you through your sticking points? I mean, most starting out have trouble off the floor until their quads strengthen up then their weak point is either at the knees or lockout, so which exercises do you feel helped you or would help you through those sticking points?
2. What do you do for grip? Holding onto 1000+lbs while accelerating upward is not something most people, even master grip enthusiasts, can claim. Do you do specific exercises like static holds or do you do nothing and it just comes with the territory?
Sorry for the long post but I had to ask!
