Assuming I follow a diet plan of 2550 Calories per day or 3000 calories per day (which according to health calculators is where i need to be) what is an ok range of sugar consumption? Of course you want to limit it and not get to much but what is to much? 50grams? 100 grams?
Thanks for help.

All joking aside, I try to limit my consumption of sucrose to as low a level as possible. I try not to take in any added sugar in my diet (most of my sugar intake comes from fruit and milk, and I sweeten my foods with sweet n' low primarily).
Nothing wrong with sugar, it's just that it hinders me with reaching my goals. I occassionally take in a piece of cake or some pie here and there (birthdays and other special occassions), but once again moderation is the key."For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." No need to fret about the amount of sugar. It's the type that counts. We health-conscious people tend to avoid sugars like the plague, but there are different kinds of sugars, and they're not all bad for you. The sugars in fruits and milk, for example, are healthy. They are naturally-occurring and low GI.
Cheers,
Drew
