My nipples are a little puffy or pointy, but only sometimes. When my nips are hard, my chest looks tight. Is this gyno, or do i have chest fat to get rid of. And if this is the case, whats good to help if anything. Thanks.

i have the same problem i have Soft chest and puffy nipples and i hate them. i discover that im low in test and little high in estrogen :O, so i bought Regenesen ( AI/natural test booster ) im in it like 2 weeks and its WORKING!!, i still have puffy nipples but not that puffy, and my skin its not that soft, im getting leaner ! what im trying to say, sometimes when you cant burn the lasts pounds of fat, its possible due to an hormonal problem ( in my case estrogen excess, same as gyno ) and i will follow with the AI for a couple weeks and see the results i get. Personally i feel you should try this before a surgery ( the truth, the only way 100% effective to get rid of gyno, surgery ).

your questions have been answered many times already. here is a review:
1: Diet, Cardio, and Strength Training
2: Yohimburn ES to help with localized fat pockets
3: AI such as AIFM, Aromasin, or Letro (letro is a last resort)
4: Cabaser or other prolactin supressor in combo with #3
5: If the above options have not solved your problem in six months and you are already in the single digit bf range, then surgery is the next thing you should be looking at.
6: Also be sure to avoid environmental estrogen agonists which may include but is not limited to alcohol, opiates, weed, soy, hypercalorie diets, certain hair growth products, cooking with certain plastics, and others...
see "the" puffy nipple thread for answers on dosages.
edit: add guggelsterones (aka lipo 6) to the list on #6.Last edited by tosca; 10-02-2007 at 11:20 AM.
