The protein bar that filled my mouth with water & provided me extreme health and fitness is the shredded coconut bar. vanilla flavor of its is my favorite and the twist of banana along with the butter milk makes it super awesome. In terms of nutritional value, it fulfills the daily needs of the body by keeping you full for a longer time. by consuming this, your body will thank your tomorrow from providing it health.

Too expensive...not any more!!
Guys!
Thought I'd share this with you guys! I always though protein bars were overpriced, people know we are willing to pay twice and triple the price of a candy bar! I was on ******** yesterday and saw this website promoting gold standard, I had a quick flick through to check their prices. They're extremely competitive! Check their prices out, don't think I've seen them cheaper anywhere else!!
The company is protein monkey, check them out from google.
Enjoy guys, its a shame they don't have a refer a friend bonus
Just remember me in your gains! LOL

I've been eating these ones. Absolutely delicious. They're ~$7 for a pack of 4 at Wal-Mart or Target.
Met-Rx BIG 100 Colossal
Protein: 32g
Carbs: 41g
Fat: 14g
I will probably switch these in exchange for another bar soon. Although they are delicious, the level of fat and carbs in them is above what I'd want it to be. I'd prefer a bar with very little fat (preferably none), and more protein than carbs.

I personally like Quest bars .. they taste so nice !!
I bought some Cookies and Cream flavour from my health shop, was a decent saving when I bought them so saved me some ££££ !!
Decent amount of protein content per bar and they taste really nice. Can anyone recommend any other protein bars apart from Quest that also taste nice?Last edited by AlanLifts12; 11-01-2015 at 12:36 PM.

Quests are one of my favourites - high protein, low sugar, small ingredients list and most of them taste pretty good. Taste wise I also enjoy Titan protein bars - they come in Choc Peanut Butter, Cookies n' Cream, Vanilla Caramel Nut, Choc Mint and Salted Caramel; each bar also contains 26g protein and only 10g of carbs. Only thing about the Titans is that the ingredient list is pretty long - stuff like "Soy Crisps", "Unsalted Butter Solids" and "Palm Kernel Oil" sounds a bit iffy.
However, my go to protein bar is Aussie Bodie's HPLC - each bar contains a whopping 45g of protein and is low in both sugar and carbohydrate. Unlike the Titan, the HPLC has a lesser ingredient list; however the use of Maltitol may cause some stomach disturbances if eaten excessively. The HPLC's come in three flavours - Chocolate, Cookies n' Cream and Caramel Rough. Cookies n' Cream is probably my least favourite as it just tastes too sweet and artificial.“The pain of discipline is nothing like the pain of disappointment” – Justin Langer

I like Quest as well. But for a totally glorified candy and no remorse whatsoever: grenade's Carb Killa. Not all flavours are here on BB.com but I tasted them all :P: Caramel Chaos, Cookies and Cream and Fudge Brownie.

I've tried most protein bars on the market and IMO Fit Crunch took flavoring to a whole other level. The Peanut Butter chocolate is amazing and Cookies and Cream gives the top a choice a run for its money. Cookie Dough is a notch below the top 2. They are addicting and almost like a candy bar. I only have em once in a while when I need food on the go after a workout.

Just tried a fit crunch bar today. They don't taste like protein bars. They just taste like candy. If they made these with dark chocolate, I'd just demolish the whole box.
