i heard its after you run however you do it, and then drink one right after that, and then do light lifting and then take one right after that, i heard you will get the most results by doing it that way, but what do you think
Pre workout,post workout,pre cardio,post cardio,Breakfast,whenever you feel like it.Its just protien.The only time not to take it would be before bed as you want a slower digesting protien.But remember whole food sources are more important than shakes.
Most important is getting a mix of about 60-70% simple sugar carbs, and the rest whey protein immediately post workout. This will result in greater muscle gains and help improve recovery. Try to get protein in you regularly throughout the day, about every 3 hours or so. Protein shakes are good, but stick with real as well.
