Food & nutrition for tendon/ligament health?

What are good foods for tendon/ligament health? I don't have problems, but I obviously don't want to get any.

What compounds, foods, nutrients, vitamins, etc?

    What amounts?

    What meal times?

    Thanks dudes & dudettes.

tendon and ligaments will only be improved by stretching and strength training.. not really any foods in particular..

and what would meal times have to do with ur ligaments or tendons? that is quite odd

OJ may not be the best to have PWO.. maybe try n stick with a carb source like a whole fruit like a banana or oats, or simple sugars like honey.. pass on the OJ eat whole foods and get more fiber

but yes stretching and weight training is the main way of improving ligament, joint health if done properly with PROPER form..

The best thing you can do for tendon and ligament health is stretching before and after workouts. I think that's common sense though. Flexibility will be more beneficial than any type of diet you could go on.
Agreed, BUT, give them time to relax/recover before lifting heavy. Stretch, then light warmup for 15-20 minutes, then lift (preferably with some warmup sets too).
