What are good foods for tendon/ligament health? I don't have problems, but I obviously don't want to get any.
What compounds, foods, nutrients, vitamins, etc?
What amounts?
What meal times?

OJ may not be the best to have PWO.. maybe try n stick with a carb source like a whole fruit like a banana or oats, or simple sugars like honey.. pass on the OJ eat whole foods and get more fiber
but yes stretching and weight training is the main way of improving ligament,joint health if done properly with PROPER form..
