I have noticed ever since I started to diet/clean my diet, my urine has frequently been a quite strong odor. It is something like a coffee, olivey, wafer odor if you can imagine that. I do drink Cappucino slim fast. I have 1 can 3-4 times a week. I have drank them in the past though and never remember this. Should I drink more water? I usually drink a good amount. Today all I drank was the slim fast and multiple cups of water. Any ideas whats up? Could it be my diet or maybe the Slim Fast, a lack or too much of a vitamin or something?

That cappucino Slim Fast does make your urine smell really bad. I remember when I used to drink it. It kinda freaked me out at first too. I haven't drank it in a while, but I am certain that's what caused the coffee smell, there was a kind of vitaminy smell too, probably because of the added vitamins in the shake and the addition of a multi-vitamin too; your body will just pee out anything extra that it doesn't use. I noticed that it only happened for a couple of hours after drinking the Slim Fast. Try drinking more water and see if it still happens.

Yes to the above.....and you mentioned you have made some adjustments to your diet recently, your body may also be cleansing, and dumping alot of the toxins which are stored in your body...DRINK MORE WATER AND IT WILL CLEAR UP

Your best bet is to stop the slim fast and see if it helps.
However, even if the slim fast is not causing the urine smell I would suggest you still drop it from your diet. It really is not healthy. Try to stick to 'natural' foods if at all possible - especially if you are trying to lose weight.
In terms of water - something around 3-4L a day is a good target for your intake. So if you are getting that amount there is no need to increase further.
