    Messed up creatine monohydrate loading phase!

    Okay guys so I started the loading phase with creatine mono 20 g a day I planned to load for 5-7 days but I got sick on the 4th day and didnt took creatine for 2 days should i start to load again ? It's very important to me to load I'm going to the swiming pool next week.

    No need to load, all it does is rush the effects. Just take 5-10 grams a day and be patient.

    There's no need to load the creatine. Stick to 5 - 10 g a day (one or two tsp) and you'll be fine
