Squats 315 x 4
Current:
Flat BP 3 Rep max 230 x 3
Dumbell Incline press 160 x 10
Squats 315 x 10
Definately noticed strength increases in late week two in two early week 4. I flatlined in strength my last two workouts. And my PCT starts tomorrow. I purposely decreased cardio two 10 minutes of varied speed and incline per day on tread to maximize weight gains. I feel as lean as started around my stomach. Arms/Chest/Back/Quads are more defined and a lot more solid.
I am now more vascular in for arms and gained about .75'' around biceps in the past 2 months.
Overall very good product for dry gains. I didn't experience shut down now. I'll be looking for delayed gyno. I did notice a bit of hair loss but not too much.
I'll have pics up ASAP

Nice results. What's your PCT lookin' like? You should update again when you're done with it.

Good results man, i assume Epidrol is some sort of epistane/superdrol clone? Good luck with PCT and further training.

People who use E-stats piss me off, because some of us actually work to get where we are.

Wait...Hold Up...
Your talking, Squat rack, 45 lb. Olympic Bar and three big wheels on each side (315 lbs.) you can take that down to parallel or slightly below for 10, gut wrenching reps? I hate to call you out Pete, but come on man.

Week One-PCT
My first leg day was kind of a bad workout not much sleep because of a busy week of school. So the workout wasn't better or worse than what the last one was.
Bicep/back-
I felt as strong but I felt I had more endurance.
Chest/Tri-
on point no losses yet.
My second leg day much more strength I put up more weight in my squats then I did on the cycle by a rep or two. I was very happy with that and I felt a sense of well-being during the workout.
Weight 182 one lb up since the cycle. I'm eating like crazy now. I'll have more results next week.

Hard to believe cuz its very hard to go 315x10 @ 90 degrees. When I played ball my one rep max on squat was 400lbs, but I could only get 315lbs about 8 reps max. Then again, i wasnt known for my endurance on reps...just going heavy one time was my specialty.
Major respect if he puts up 315lbs 10 times the correct way. That is awesome.

I don't know what my one rep max on the squat would be I never tried.
As far as the squating I have been doing them for a few years. You can beleive what you want. I have been steady about that same weight on the bar for about 3 months its coming slow and steady unlike my bench.

I'm just curious how you know whether you were shut down or not...Did you get bloodwork done? or are you simply going by libido or some other unreliable method?

You shut down when your balls shrink/smaller ejaculation/ decrease in libido/ lethargy etc. Shutting down is your bodys natural ability to produce testosterone caused my a prosteriod or some other hormone based product.
