My weight won't change
So I started lifting, doing cardio and eating right again about 3 weeks ago... I had just gotten tired of looking pudgy and wanted it to change. Right now i'm consuming on average 2000 calories a day. I eat clean and healthy, 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% good fats. I'm taking lipo 6 and have been for 2 weeks. I'm 5'9 and started at 200 lbs 3 weeks ago.
I've been lifting 4 days a week, and i cardio for 20 mins after each workout. On non lift days i do about 200-250 reps of ab work and then cardio for 30 mins.
So far i'm still weighing in at 200 lbs... What am I doing wrong? Am i consuming too many calories a day? I should be burning 3700-3900 daily if my calculations are right(I use fitday.com).
I'm not expecting to drop weight instantly, but i mean after 3 weeks and the scale says i haven't lost a single pound... Seems like i'm doing something wrong here. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You're either gaining muscle to supplement the fat loss on the scale, or you're weighing out your food wrong. At the least, you would have lost water weight by now.
Edit: Or your scale sucks

Have you seen or can you feel any difference in your pants? I am in the same boat but have noticed the looseness shorts.
When I lift weights, I left to get big - therefore, I have been able to lift heavy, eat tons of protein and I believe that I have packed on some substantial muscle in just the 4-6 weeks that I have been doing this. Eventually, the muscle gains will slow down and the fat loss will become noticeable on the scale. Your plan looks right on....

Hey man
I had the same problem. I've been lifting, dieting and doing cardio for like several months now. My weight never goes past a certain range (always somewhere between 175-185, fluctuating seemingly randomly).
However, I have seen a tremendous change in my body. I'm stronger, everyone around me says I look really athletic (I've never played proper sports in my life, and people used to compare me to like Jack Osbourne - Ozzy's fatty son). I've dropped like 5 pant sizes, and still getting smaller.
What I'm saying is, f**k the weight. Don't let that be your focus because it could de-motivate you. It is MORE than possible to be losing fat and gaining muscle at a rate that offsets any change in what the scale shows. Muscle weighs more than fat for the same amount of volume. Keep at it, from what I read, you're on the right track. Congratulations for getting serious and also for being dedicated enough to take time and ask questions so that you go in with more knowledge! Keep at it, it WILL pay off!

If I were you I'd stop taking Lipo-6, from what I read gugglesterones are bad news for your thyroid...
The only weight loss product I've taken that actually works is a E/C stack.

Change up your workout, 2k cals. you may wanna eat a little more. I wouldn't focus on your actual weight because if you are lifting with proper training/nutrition you will gain Lean body mass, rather focus on your Body fat % this will allow you to even see more results fat loss/muscle gain from which the scale may stay the same : ). However congrats on the lifestyle change they say it takes 2 weeks to make something a habit and 3-4weeks in you are well on your way to reaching your goals.
Also keep this in your mind every time you get depressed/unmotivated, You are getting stronger/leaner/smarter each day because of your nutrition/training. With this mindset you can't lose! GL with your goals
