For other dietary reason, I cannot have chocolate (white chocolate is ok, just no cocoa) or nuts (nut butter included). It seems that all of the protein bars available out there seem to have one or both of these ingredients. Does anyone know of one that does not?
Also, I know that there is a thread for protein bar recipes, but it is horribly long and a PITA to read. I have tried a couple of the recipes found within but neither has turned out very well. I would be willing to try making my own again if someone can provide me with a recipe that is tasty and will actually stay in bar form.

Jack Links beef jerky, treryaki bars.
High in protein, low in fat, but unfortunately high in sodium.
I am not one for nuts and chocolate in protein bars either. Hopefully there is something else out there that someone can let us know about.Taking the "less is more" approach to cardio...
