    Smile what is normal?

    i'm 5'5 115 f and i was wondering is 1800 cal a day too much??? like today i had 47% cal from carb, 33% protein and 20%fat

i worked on my abs for 20 min and did my bies and tries for about a half hour. i won't be doing any cardio.. but i won't be seditary all day..... i was just wondering if for my size this is too much... i don't want to gain weight and i don't want to lose i pretty much would like to stay the same and just tone up a bit! just wondering if any expert ladies would help me out with this and give me some advice on what they usually consume in a day( :
