Most of the multi's i've taken say 2 a day, but for a bodybuilder can we take 3 or 4?

I wouldn't recommend it as you could overdose on a few things.

If the multivitamin includes metals DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE.
Even if it doesn't taking more than the recommended dosage IS NOT going to help you get big.

Excess of certain vitamins can be toxic and if not toxic you are most likely to just pee neon colors from all the excess vitamins being pushed out lol.

I would stick to vitamins that are designed for athletes/bodybuilders and stick to the dosage they recommend.

personally, i do 2 a day multi-vit + controlled certain other vits...
Example:
Morning Pills:
2 Multi-Vit
1 Vit E
1 Vit C
2 Fish Oil
3 BCAA
3 Glutamine

I feel like chit when I take my multi so I stopped taking it. I just supplement b-6, calcium magnesium zinc pill and fish oil.

Try something like Animal Pak if you want to be sure to get everything you need. I wouldn't recommend taking multiples of your all-in-one, as it's real easy to get "too much" iron, etc. That is not a good thing!

I take 2 to 3 a day with food and it doesnt hurt. I wouldnt go over that though.
