Transitioning from Cut to Bulk
Well, I've only got 2 weeks to go in my 13-week bulk. So far I've gone from 175.2 lbs at low 20's body fat to 160 lbs at roughly 14% body fat (Shameless plug: check out my bodyspace for stats and a few pictures). Two weeks from today, I would like to be down to about 155 and then starting to clean bulk.
Is this a good plan to go from cutting to bulking though? Right now I'm eating about 1900 calories a day and plan to bump it to about 2100 a day in two weeks. From there, my intent was to move up 100-200 calories per day each week until I get to about 2900 calories a day for the remainder of the 12 weeks I intend to bulk. Does this seem like a reasonable plan or is there a better way to do it?

First of all, judging by your bodyspace pictures, you are not 14 % bodyfat. That's my guess anyway. Now, your calorie increase is done very well. I would suggest that you end up hitting more than 2900 calories, otherwise your gains will be incredibly slow.

i would suggest you go up slow (like you are thinking) to keep your from rebounding from low cals to putting on too much fat.
dont be surpised you throw on alot of weight initially. it may just be water.

Bronkko makes a good point. Don't be scared with the initial weight gain, it's common among dieters from a cut to bulk. You may want to cut your calories, stop drinking water, etc... don't and you should be gold.

Awesome to see someone else from SE WI on here! (I'm from Franklin - but attending college in Illinois)
You are probably right about the body fat, judging by other people's estimates on this forum. But the caliper readings definitely have been going down at least.
How high should I get up to on the calories?

Not exactly sure what you mean here, but if you are suggesting I should have bulked first and then cut, I've been cutting for 11 weeks and the "before" pictures on my bodyspace are actually from about halfway through the cut. I was 10 lbs heavier than that when I started, and I'm glad I have a good clean base to start adding muscle to.
Thanks to everyone who commented!

Also a question about cardio. Right now I'm doing the treadmill 6 days a week (three alone for longer, three for shorter after I lift). I plan on cutting back to just doing the treadmill on non-lifting days for my bulk. Should that be alright?
