hi! Been training for 3 weeks.....
im an ecto do no cardio not much activity in the day and night and followed the diet 4 grams of carbs per pound of body weight and 2 grams of protein per pound split into 6 meals!!! No additional fat is added as was told it is there! carbs only come from pasta and rice! protein from low fat chicken and turkey +tuna! Other additional suplements are added to my diet creatine and aminos whey multi vitamins omega 3s!
**PROBLEM**
My gut is getting very big and my arse very big so am i part mesomorh and should I cut and train or put up with the fat and worry later confused was told need this diet to put mass on!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO THANX KARL..
