Since i havent seen any posts about Hyaluronic acid in a while, i decided to bring it up. I, like a lot of other bodybuilders, have problems with joint pains. Even at 25 years old.. So far ive tried glucosamine 1000mg w/ chron 1000mg, and like 500mg of msm. It worked o.k. But i recently reviewed this interesting video about HYALURONIC ACID. These 80 year old and older asian people in this small community, were sticking to a diet consisting of a lot of potatoes (which contains hyaluronic acid). They look good for their age, have nice skin (not wrinlkly like seniors), and say they have no illnesses or joint pains.
Anyhow, one from the community, decided to concentrate and pill form the HYALURONIC ACID. Has anyone tried this stuff. I seend it's concentrate at vitamin shoppe. Should i try it also along with gluco/msm/chron? Check out this short video:

Hyaluronic Acid
I work in a very high-volume family owned nutritional store. The testamonials on Hyaluronic Acid are very good. H.A. also know as Joint Fluid helps to lubricate the joints providing flexability and pain relief. Personally, I only take Green-Lipped Mussel caps (4/day) and my joint pain in unnoticable except on heavy lifting days (squats) then I do feel a slight twinge in the knees that goes away in a few hours.
Sea Mussel provides hyaluronic acid along with a balance of minerals that mirrors that of humans. Green Lipped Mussel contains complex proteins, polypeptides, naturally chelated minerals, long chain unsaturated fatty acids, enzymes, glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), vitamins, nucleic acids, chondroitin sulfates, glycoproteins and polysaccharides.
Hope this helps!

I saw this when it originally aired 3-4 years ago, and have always been intrigued by it. I did go out and by some HA, but the supply was scarce then, expensive, and I let it my interest slip by with time. I do buy it every once in a while, but I haven't taken it consistently enough to see any long term theraputic effects.

Omega Flex has Celadrin in it, not HA.
