yes, i didnt keep a log but i have to say its a solid product Some people say that dont work, but they say it because they dont ''feel'' the fat burning because of the non stim, but do some research and you will find positive feedback . Also you can look Lean Xtreme, if you stack them and your diet is in check, youll be amazed, but if you have to choose between thos two, i go for MElting point

My Picks!
I would say
AN's Lipotrophin-PM (can be used as a regular fat burner and night-time fat burner)
AX's Retain 2
DS's Lean Xtreme
MAN Vaporize, or another Sesamin product
ALCAR
Key ingredients you could look into as well....Berberine HCL (Bulk Yellow Gold from NP) and Banaba Extract (this one is in Lipotrophin-PM already).
Hope that helps ya out!A Lion called DILIGAFF!!!

Melting Point or DCP are both good TTA based products.
Dicana/Themogenic Thyrotabs have gotten good reviews.
LX is great for cortisol control too, plus it now contains Green Tea, Forskolin a long with the cortisol control ingredients.NSCA-CSCS and CPT
