I would like to know what the best exercises are for developing the bicepts peak. Ive been reading on Arnie and i think its incline dumbell curls and concentration curls to the anterior delt. Any input? Also what is a good exercise for developing the inner thight area?

Get the latest issue of flex or maybe the one before it, anyhow its got an article with Orville Burke that deals with "Changing" your bi's for a bigger peak and better base.

Peak is more genetic then anything, however ive heard rumors of how you can try to mold it a certain way overtime. *shrugs* nothing proven.

what i know is your biceps peak is influenced a lot by genetics. a shorter head tends to have higher peaks.
you can also develop a peak by doing concentration curls and incline curls. flex them at the top of the movement and after every set flex your biceps hard.bodybuilding is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration
