Has anyone used theese new little crystal light flavoring packets? Its artifical flavoring powder that u just put into water and it taste like koolaid. Theres no carbs or sugar and theres about 100 calories per gallon of water. Ive been using them but was wondering if by any chance they are bad for cutting besides for the extra 100 calories?

energy powder that I mix with water before and after workouts
its new Super C energy by Nestle
it just came out.. tastes pretty good

Crystal Light is not new at all.
Been around for many many years.
I prefer the Lemonade flavor. Love it.
