I read that on your ME day, that only 3-4 sets should be above 90%. Does that mean, that once i reach my 1 rep max, i do 3-4 sets with that weight? ( sry got so many questions, but i dont understand all the pricipals yet)

this thread got side tracked and is now STUPID

I've witnessed a begginer increase there total 350 lbs. the first month
I myself can show you men bench pressing 821 lbs. men deadlifting nearly 940 lbs. men squatting 1104 lbs.
