besides squats, and also whats good for calves
leg presses, hack squats, heavy lunges, and stiff legged deadlifts. for calves, i would do heavy seated calf raises supersetted with light donkey calf raises.
hack squats,standing calf rises,donkey calf raises,and seated calf raises are all really good
i used to have green rep points.
