How much do your arms grow after a workout?

Give it 2 or three days, how much do they grow on average after one workout?
    BULKING.

It depends on genetics, nutrition, type of workout, the amount of sleep you get, etc... I don't think there is a certain number if that's what you're looking for.

Sorry I can't help any more than that!

Yes, i know that. But how much do they grow for YOU on average? And let's assume you slept 100% and are eating 6 solid meals and everything is right.

Make that 10 solid meals a day for me dude!

I don't measure my arms every 2 days, but I say that mine have grown on average an inch every 2 months (roughly). Say an inch every 60 days, that's 1/20 of an inch in 3 days???

I really don't think your arms grow enough after one single workout for it to really be measurable. Any change in arm measurement is probably due to inaccuracy in measuring, not actual growth.

Time lifting effects this a lot. When you first start, growth is going to be much quicker than an experienced well built lifter. Approx one inch of arm growth is about 15lbs of muscle growth or so I'd say. Depending on individual. Might be slightly less/slightly more.

lets be realistic and lets say ur natural so ur maximum arm size is prolly 20 inches lean from 13 inches natural

this will take about 15 years of training

you train arms twice a week 40 weeks of the year(you gotta take some weeks off to continue growth)

that adds up to 80 training sessions a year for 15 years is 840 training sessions to gain 7 inches

this is .0083333(83 ten thousandths of an inch) inches per session

That is through 15 years though. I would say most people grow to their max if they have nutrition and training locked down within about 5-6 years.

^^^^^That is not ridiculous at all. An 20'' for the max you can achieve natually. No way.

My arms have grown from 12.5'' to nearly 17'' in a year! Naturally.

If you have the genetics, you can break that barrier easily. I for one don't intend to stop growing whwn my arms get to 20''.

I don't have any pics of me before (to embarassed of being small to even take pics!) so I guess there's no point.

I have abs so i'm not that fat but I guess you're slightly leaner than me!

doesnt really matter, but back on topic, you wont see your max for many many years naturally, 4-6 is not enough time, and i only am counting lean inches, if you decide to continue training props to you, it wont be easy, but nothing worth having is

Ok i agree there man. I consider myself pretty lean but not in contest shape, not bad considering I have never done a cutting phase and do no cardio!

yeah, as previously stated, it's probably something minimal...too minute to even measure...if I had to guess, each time you work out biceps, assuming that you give yourself ample rest and have a decent diet, your arms probably grow 1/25 of an inch. Just a guess...
