Hey guys, I've actually been going to the gym for a year or so, but never with any consistency or proper training. I decided I was finally gonna do it right after years of gaining weight slowly and surely. I just don't feel healthy or look like I want too, so here goes my journey.
Like I said I wanna do things right, so I'm gonna start a journal to keep me motivated. Because I wanna do things right, I also decided I was gonna start a keto diet as well.
I am currently 5'10, 245 pounds and 19 years old.
I just started my Keto diet today and it looked like this
Meal 1
3 Pieces of bacon, 4 scrambled Eggs
Meal 2
Can of Tuna, Caesar Dressing, process cheese slice
Meal 3
Chicken, Caesar Dressing, Large Cheddar Cheese Slice.
Meal 4
2 sausage patties, 1 strip of bacon, Large Cheddar Cheese Slice
Meal 5
Cucumbers + Peanut Butter, Multivitamin, 2 Vit. C's, 2 Fish Oils
That was all I could muster today. I got up at 1:00pm so getting 5 meals in was tough. I didn't really add up all the calories, protein and fat. I'm sure I should though, so i'll get on that.
Tomorow is my first day on Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strenght, and my second day of Keto. I'm gonna try and get up for a run in the morning, and somehow between all this finish my university essay and classes.
