-salsa
-spoonful of low-fat cottage cheese
AFTER CLASS (12:30)
-2 pieces of WW bread
-turkey
-condiments (pickle, onion, lettuce, mustard)
-slice of muenster cheese
-fat free yogurt
MEAL 3 (4:00)
-shake with protein
-1/2 cup CC
-2 tbs. peanut butter
-some cinnamon
*thinking of adding in pumpkin*
DINNER (7:30)
-chicken breast
-brown rice/WW pasta
-veggies
PREBED (11:30)
-spoonful of natural peanut butter
-small cup of low-fat cottage cheese
