Why when you go clean with lots of water and good foods you lose "water weight".....what is it? why do you only loose it when you start eating clean?

For every gram of glycogen (carbs) you have stored in your muscle cells, the glycogen pulls in 3 grams of water. This gives you a fuller look. Not necessarily when you eat "clean", but when someone reduces sodium, drinks more water, or goes on a low-carb diet the amount of water you hold drops. That is why people on carb cycling diets can't trust the scale daily because after a high carb day you'll be 2 pounds over, and after a no-carb day you'll be 1 pound under (just for example).
I've still got a lot to learn.
