What are your thoughts on V8? Is creatine absorbed well when taken with it?

Well, an 11.5-oz can of V-8 has only 15 grams carbs so I wouldn't expect it to be a good item to take to help with Creatine absorption. It's definitely high in sodium (880 mgs per 11.5-oz can), but at least it has a healthy dose of potassium (720 mgs) too. The low sodium version tastes like crap, IMO.
I love the stuff myself, but view it as a treat, and not an especially healthy one at that, to be had only in moderation.Overweight and arrogant
