    Clout+Body Octane log

Graduated this past week with BS in kinesiology, and now only have 40hrs of work a week, so I will have time to start a proper supplement and workout routine. After reviewing many posts, it came down to clout+body octane, or nos ether. well, I'm doing the MAN supps first. Start on monday for real this time, since I have time. J-rod, I'm sorta sensitive to niacin flush(betaalanine similar), so I should definately do the 1/2 doses of each for the first weekish? Plus I assume I should take on off days also.
Also: muscle milk+optimumwhey at wake up and post workout
coq10, fish oil, zmass, multi, probiotic

200 lbs...decently lean. I wanna rep 225 12 times by the end of this regimen.
I'm the goofy white dude looking to increase my strenght and endurance. Posts start monday.

    day 1

    day 1

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

my plans of starting today were foiled. the ups truck did not bring the body octane......so I took what is just about the last of my omega sports creethyl thunder, and some lean green/b12/coq10 and went to work out to establish baseline numbers.
    lat pull:100x20, 220x7, 230x6, 250x3 drop to 200x5
    incline bench: 135x20, 205X8, 205x7, 205x6
leg press: 3 quick sets 500x10
calve raise: 3 quick sets 200x10
    shoulder press: 35x20, 90x8, 90x8, 90x6
    high back row machine: 170x8, 190x8, 190x7
    deadlifts:75lb dumbells x8 reps for 3 sets
    dip machine:250x8
    reverse grip curl:60x8
    tripress down:15(bars of weight)x8
    hammer curls:35x8
    physioball situps 3 sets

then 3 games of full court basketball
pretty good workout, considering the graduation parties over the weekend. found, as has been the case with omega thunder, I find the big pumps/burn in muscles during exercise annoying, but understand the benefit of it.

for the 28 day supply of this, perhaps more, my split is the following:
    1. strength day (see above) rep range 5-7 for 4 sets of those exercises
    2.off day-stretching
    3. coreintegrated day-variousl multi joint exercise such as pushpress, cleans,
overhead squats, cable chops, lunges w/twists or presses, etc......
    4. off day-stretching
    5. closed chain exercises with cables full body
    6. off day-stretching
    7. off day-stretching

all days posess the likelihood of me playing some basketball, or doing some plyos at the beach

my diet is super, minus the retarded amounts of drinking that is done from time to time.

this log is looking for athletic performance benefits of these products, not really size gaining benefits, as I'm cool with where I'm at....maybe lean up even more.

I hope this helps some people out who are looking for performance gain input as opposed to bodycomp changes.

    finally...

body octane was delivered today, I'm going to get a 1/2 serving of each before i hit the sack....then do the 4x a 1/2 serving tommorrow.....I'm working 5am to 1pm this whole damn week. so today I only stretched, other than the breaking down pallets at work (trader Joes). and i "napped" for 4 hours. how unproductive and awesome it is to be out of school....

    update..

wednesday was a circuit day: bunch of stuff i won't list, multi joint movements mostly for core and sport specific stuff. workout was good (still sore from monday), it was after a 6am till 2pm shift at work though and i was a bit tired. the beta alanine tingles are kinda annoying, but i tried it with a bigass bran muffin and an avocado and no tingles. doing 4 x 1/2 servings with food. I'll do this for a week then try full servings, one on an empty stomach. The taste of this stuff isn't good, it taste like a bad ass supplement. I generally have gas issues from creatine, some protein, dairy.....and this isn't helping....but it's hard to pin it on the MAN products because its always foul. Today, no workout, just a little basketball. going to stretch now.....tommorrow is closed circuit day on free cables(pushes, pulls, twists, raises, leg stuff too) gotta go take the last serving of this stuff....time to choke down the avo/bran muffin combo.

bad farts, smelly urine, okay taste are negatives
didn't workout fri, saturday did same workout as day one ...same weights and reps, today i am less sore than last time. today i will do ab work while watching the heat/piston game. I know this is generic, but I am waiting a week to really expect the supplement to kick in, especially because i went straight from other supps.

    soreness

after that really tough workout on wednesday, i was just a little sore yesterday (thurs) and not at all sore today except a bit tight in thighs/groin. i will be doing a bodyweight workout and phsio ball ab stuff at home today before a night shift at work, some plyos also. I really like this MAN sports stack......pee smells a bit funny still. I am taking the one scoop of each now, and i make sure i have it with fiber, because the "tingles" really bother me. they aren't an issue when i eat them with fiberous meals.

    yup

sorry for ****tly update, if anyone is looking, but same workouts done, with weight increases being made, soreness seems to be a thing of the past, with each workout, every 3 or 4 days, proving myself stronger. excellent.

    final thoughts

clout + body octane = new, personal record strength gains.

incline press, lat pull, leg press all increased substantially in both weight and reps. recovery time was reduced as doms was not as much as an issue. for me, gastrointestinal discomfort/bloating/gas was an issue, and that coupled with the tingles...I would try this again with only body octane. plus nosether, because the krealk doesn't seem to mess with my stomach.
thanks man products for effective stuff.
