So which creatine is better? Prolab VS. Higher Power???
theres been tons of debates,and all i see on the creatine board is higher power and prolab,which one is better???im looking for a creatine and those are my last 2 choices....does anybody know which one i should pick?

I like Higher Power, cheap, good, no taste... And I get good results.

The HP Creatine remains at $20 but its now micronized... I had the regular one and gotten good results with it...

dus the higher power creatine dissolve in the water?or will it feel like im drinking water with chunks of pieces of creatine

No creatine mono does, unless its micronized. Cee does.

If you have the cash I would go with CEE, absorbs better, less water retention etc... I use VPX CEX which I know is kind of expensive but there are some others out there that I believe are cheaper. I would do a search.

i've wondered this myself why most of the creatine suggestions on this board are for Prolab and not for Higher Power. even though i don't currently use Mono, i've used both brands of Mono in the past and i saw better results with Higher Power.
