I am a junior in high school and will be going into my senior year. I start at offensive left tackle at 6'3" and 220 cut down. I am looking to play next year at 245 and 230-235 cut down. Just in case you're wondering I start training in January and finish up in July...a solid 7 months to bulk.
I am in the need for recommendations on supplements to take during my training. I am willing to try anything(excluding steroids) to gain 20-25 pounds. Any recommendations on supplements and even some workout ideas would be great. Thanks.

Good diet. Protein shakes or protein bars or both. Whatever you were gonna spend on supplements, spend on good clean healthy food.

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

EAT! EAT! EAT!
Lean Calorie Dense Foods is what you want!
Oats, Chicken, Peanut Butter, Cottage Cheese, Tuna
Take Fish Oil Pills, Multivitamin, Creatine, Get a solid Whey Product or some timed release or casein stuff...
Dont buy weight gainer
Just make a shake with a banana, Oats, whey, Milk, Peanut Butter... If you use chocolate whey and only do .5-1 cup of oats it tastes amazing actuallyLegalize it and I will advertise it!

obviously eating alot would be the best thing. but if your having trouble doing that try putting down a protein shakes or weight gainer. three times a day morning, after you workout, and before you go to bed. ive heard cyto gainer is great for gaining weight. if you want to also do creatine along with that. then you'll see some freaky weight gain. good luck on your goals.
