    Which has a more profound impact on your weight? Diet or Training

    I mean would u say that weight is mostly a matter of diet rather than training. Or is it the other way around. I know its great to do both but if you'd only allowed to pick one, which would you pick?

    Well if for some reason i had to pick one, i would say diet. You can excercise all you want if you dont eat right nothing will come of your hard work.
