Question bicep soreness?

so usually when i do biceps i do 3 tri-sets with hammer curls, db curls, and reverse bb curl sometimes i'll substitute db curls for concentration, preacher, or spider to change it up a little but by the time i reach my last set i can barely lift at all so obviously i'm wearing out the muscle but the next day i'm not sore at all so am i really getting an effective workout or am i doing something wrong?

2 things

muscle soreness is not related to muscle growth.

secondly, lay off the curls and start doing squats, bench, deadlifts, and shoulderpress. if you want to add some size to your body, bicep curls won't do the trick.

Your biceps are a pretty small muscle that can take some serious pounding.
They also heal very quickly, my biceps are rarely sore.

Soreness

i believe its a signal for growth but u ussually only get it from lactid acid which you ussually get from medium to high reps
or you need to put more intensity into your workouts and diffrent exercises

Its not neccesary for a muscle to be sore to indicate growth, for example never in my life has my Brachialis been sore, but its grown HUGE.

you only need 2 exercises for biceps a week. EZ bar curls, and preacher curls. add reverse curls or hammer if you want some forearm strength too
