Typical meal before I started weight training:
breakfest:
Cup of Dr Pepper
Donut
lunch:
Hamburger
French Fries
Mountain Dew
dinner:
1/4 pound of meat
bread
small serving of vegetables
Mountain Dew
and now...
breakfest:
4 Eggs
Big glass of orange juice
3 sausages
1 Banana
lunch:
2 large sausages
2 pieces of bread
Potatoe salad or baked potatoe
snack:
1 scoop whey
1 PB&J
1 multivitamin
snack:
2 chicken breasts or chicken patties
pwo:
2 scoops of protein
dinner:
1 pound of meat
large serving of vegetables
snack:
1 can of tuna
leftovers
before night shake:
1 scoop of protein
1 egg
1 banana
3 spoons of PB
1 large glass of milk
I also try to snack on whatever I can get my hands on throughout the day now.

I used to eat like crap too and that's why I was a fat-ass! For the past 2 years(and even more this year since I got into hardcore BBing) I eat great and the results are in my body. IMO nutrition is such a big part of the game that so many people overlook.My Training Journal...

Before :
Breakfast
4 cups of Honey Nut Cheerios
2 cups of full fat milk
Lunch
2-3 slices of Pizza
2 full fat milks
nuggets or burger and fries
( I used to get food from other kids)
After School
2 Whoppers from BK. Extra mayo.
Dinner
Pie... 1 whole meat or cheese and sour creme pie... not a slice.
Before Bed
Ice Cream. 2 cups worth
Just a regular day from 1999-2003Hehehehe Hahahaha Whohohohoh

BEFORE:
Breakfast: Usually some coffee cake and 2% milk
Lunch: Pizza or chicken nuggets and school with fries and 1% chocolate milk or soda
Dinner: Who knows, grilled cheese, milk, cheeseburgers, we used to go out to eat A LOT
NOW:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup kashi go lean, with 1 cup skim milk, usually a second serving as well
Lunch: Sandwich with 100% whole wheat bread, lean deli meat. FF yogurt. Some almonds with raisins maybe...1 cup skim milk, a banana
Pre-workout: A sandwich (best I can do when at school)
Post-workout: Protein shake in water
Dinner: Whole wheat speghetti; skinless boneless chicken breasts; Fish; Red meat; always with 1-2 cups of skim milk
Pre-bed: Cottage cheese with almonds and raisins OR protein shake in milk with peanut butter mixed in
...not real specific because it would be a lot to type out details, but general idea...much better now...and gaining lots of muscle !-I'm the man in the box
