    Dips

    besides working your chest and triceps, dips work the front and side delts too, right? what other muscles are involved?

    I would say dips work almost every bodypart. They obviously work chest, shoulders and triceps. I think they even work your lowerbody because you have to tense your legs and back to keep from swaying back and forth. I think dips are one of the best exercises you could do.
