    chicken everyday good or bad?

    i used the search but nobody actually gave a real answer, is it ok to eat chicken everyday or is it not good to have it that often? any health factors i should be concerned about or anything? thanks

    i know with fish theres the mercury hting but i think chicken is alright... try a search on a nutrition and healthy living site rahter than a bodybuilding site, cuz some random foods (like potatoes) are poisonous if you eat them everyday

    eating chicken everyday is a mothers dream come true. Its not twinkies, beer, french fries, and I'm taking it that its cooked in a healthy manner. The only thing is some people can eat the same thing every day over and over again, and some after a couple months get annoyed and say screw this, hand me a tub of ice cream. Kudos to you if you can eat the same things over and over again

    I believe that's just the plant and some of the sprouts (eyes). I'm also pretty sure if you cook the potato (the root not the plant) it kills toxins and is safe to eat daily but by all means look into it.

    It's a staple for me, since it's less than half the price of most other meats, and very lean. Most days I have about 1lb of chicken.

    Umm... no side effects except for an increase in muscle mass.

    i go through sometimes 4-6 chicken breasts a day down here at college.. sometimes there isnt that much lean meat to choose from so its got to be chicken a lot.. dont get me wrong when there is eggs, tuna, turkey etc etc im all for it.. but most of the time its plain ol chicken breasts..

    if you can try getting some conidments to spice it up and change it up

    lemon / cajun peppers are a good combo too

    maybe some buffalo sauce / hot sauce will work for you

    BBQ is an alltime favorite..

    tons of way for u to take in a ****load of chicken..

    OP, there are only two potential problems with eating the same foods every day.

    1) Mentally exhausting

    Eating the same thing every day could bring about some serious dietary boredom (coined it).

    2) Malnourishment

    If you eat the same foods day in and day out, you are bound to miss out on vital nutrients, as no one food has everything you need.

    Now, having said that, obviously a well-balanced diet mixed with a focused mindset would cover both bases. As far as any known specific health problem with eating chicken every day, I can find no study to suggest anything detrimental about it.
